Any cancelation, return or request for a full refund by the customer for programs, services or products offered by OCV must be received no later than 20 business days after their initial online purchase date. Any requests for cancelation of program participation, services or product purchases received after 20 business days will not be accepted. All products purchased must be returned to OCV prior to the receipt of a full refund. All packaging must not be damaged or opened and must be in ‘as new’ condition for resale. All products purchased and returned for refund must be received within 10 business days from the purchase date. All requests for refunds for participating in programs, services and events provided by OCV must be made 10 working days prior to the date of the program, service or event taking place. Non-attendance at a program, event or appointment does not constitute a full refund of any monies pre-paid. All goods purchased online are shipped via Australia Post as registered mail or as deemed necessary via a courier service. Delivery of all goods purchased will be 10-14 days from the original date of purchase if in Australia. All online browsing via the OCV website is encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) SHA-2. All purchasing on the OCV website via credit card is handled by the NAB (National Australia Bank) payment gateway or the PayPal payment gateway. The payment gateway is selected by the customer prior to any credit cards details being requested. Credit card information is not stored or saved online in anyway by OCV.
