Why join the group?

Physical activity has, for a long time, been associated with disease prevention. This is true for a number of cancer types, cardiovascular diseases and metabolic conditions. It is recommended that everybody engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity exercise a week. Do you get your 150 minutes in?

About the group

The group will be run by our Exercise Physiologist Lachlan Terry and Care Coordinator Jenny Macindoe. After the walk, there will be the opportunity to enjoy a coffee with the group at 'The Little Ox' situated on New Street just up from the park. The walk will also regularly be attended by our Oncologists and our OCV Dietitian, so keep an eye out for them. 

All walkers also receive a 20% discount at The Little Ox on all coffee and tea purchased during the coffee break.
